Meet the Second Creek Team
Laura Chapman, Office Administrator
Laura was born and raised in West Virginia. After 7 years of living 3,000 miles from home and learning independence as a military wife, she was able to return to the mountains of West Virginia with many treasured memories and the knowledge that family and home are everything. She is the proud wife of John and mother of Gary. She has always had an interest in cultural activities, enjoying the sweet sounds of music, the escape of a good book, and the excitement she feels in working in the professional sector.
Laura’s professional career has taken her on many different paths and provided her with a variety of experiences that serve her well as the Office Administrator of Second Creek. Her educational background comes from Fairmont State University in the form of Business and Administrative Professional courses as well as Hospitality Education. She has held several positions in the county tourism industry and has been responsible for numerous activities from sales to planning, billing, operations supervision, and many other administrative tasks.
