Second Creek Technologies will exhibit at the "Litigation 2008" CLE at the Canaan Valley Lodge in Davis, West Virginia. The program will be held on February 1st and 2nd. Scheduled to appear for Second Creek are John Sammons, David Irvin, and Ray Shepard. Mr. Shepard is outside counsel for SCT and is a partner with Ober|Kaler in Baltimore, Maryland.
