Second Creek will be presenting at the WVU College of Law on Sept 26 and 27 2008. The presentation will be part of the Mountaineer CLE Series. Ray Shepard, SCT Corporate Counsel, will be presenting "Admissibility of Digital Evidence: Reaping the Fruits of Your Labor". John Sammons and David Irvin will present "Forensically Sound Evidence Collection."
This particular part of the series is devoted exclusively to electronic discovery.
