SCT's popular CLE "Electronic Discovery 101:Understanding the New Federal Rules" was presented again on August 1, 2008 at the Marshall University Forensic Science Center. Thirteen students participated in the day long course. The students were welcomed by Dr. Terry Fenger, the Director of the MU Forensic Science Center. Following lunch, students were afforded a behind the scenes tour of the forensic science center. Following the class, one student commented "I needed this seminar but didn't know how much until about 20 minutes into it. It only got better as it went on."
