Second Creek Experts to Speak at Electronic Records Management Seminar
Among the many recent and forthcoming educational presentations made by our in-house experts is the upcoming professional seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services -- Document Retention and Destruction. During this day-long conference, we have been specifically asked to present on effectively managing electronic records and implementing a records management system.
We will focus on improving a client’s access to information while lowering litigation exposure and costs. We will also fully explain how effective records and information management can increase a client’s ability to respond to discovery notices, reduce the costs of litigation, initiate a successful records hold and help to avoid being charged with obstruction of justice.
The conference will be held in Rockville, Maryland on June 28, 2006 from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We look forward to another opportunity to educate professionals on effective electronic records management and discovery protocols.
